Description of the company

Deutsche Euroshop AG is a Germany-based holding company that invests specifically in shopping malls, shopping centers and town centers in Germany and across Europe. Management of its shopping centers is outsourced to its external partner ECE Projektmanagement, allowing the Company to concentrate on the analysis of the European real estate markets, and the analysis of locations and making investment decisions that include the acquisition, sale and development of retail real estate. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's portfolio consisted of interests in 15 shopping malls throughout Germany, as well as four locations internationally: Gdansk and Wroclaw in Poland, Pecs in Hungary and Klagenfurt in Austria. As at December 31, 2011, the Company operated through 17 fully consolidated domestic and foreign subsidiaries and seven proportionately consolidated domestic and foreign companies, as well as seven associates
