First Financial Bank, N.A. (the Bank), as of December 31, 2011, operated 11 full-service banking branches within the county, five in Clay County; one in Greene County; three in Knox County; five in Parke County; one in Putnam County; five in Sullivan County; four in Vermillion County; six in Champaign County; one in Clark County; one in Coles County; three in Crawford County; one in Jasper County; one in Lawrence County; three in Livingston County; four in McLean County; two in Richland County; seven in Vermilion County, and one in Wayne County. On December 30, 2011, the Bank acqured 100% interest of Freestar Bank, National Association and merged Freestar Bank into the Bank.
