Description of the company

VTG AG is a Germany-based provider of logistics solutions. The Company is structured into three business divisions: Railcar, Rail Logistics and Tank Container Logistics. The Railcar division hires a range of rail freight cars for its customers; provides technical support to external wagon fleets, and maintenance services for rail freight cars and their components; and builds chemical and compressed gas tank wagons. Rail Logistics covers rail forwarding services of the Company across Europe. Tank Container Logistics is engaged in tank container operations for products from chemical, petroleum as well as compressed gas industries. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had more than 53,800 wagons worldwide
