KDDI CORPORATION is a telecommunications company. The company operates in four segments. The HR segment is engaged in the provision of communications services to residential and residential customers, including mobile phones, fiber-to-home services (FTTH) and cable television (CATV). The Value segment offers a wide range of applications, video and music products, as well as home and private banking settlement and e-money services. The business segment offers enterprise customers a variety of communications services, cell phone sales, data center services, and various information and communication technology (ICT) solutions / cloud-based services. The Global segment offers various communication services, data center services and various ICT solutions / cloud-based services for foreign customers. In addition, the company also provides call center services and others. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 153 subsidiaries and 30 associates.
